Romans 6: Dead to Sin, Alive to God

Jun 1, 2025    Steve Wayne

In this message from Romans 6:1–11, we explore Paul’s answer to the question, “Should we keep sinning so that grace may abound?” The sermon unpacks what it means to be united with Christ in both His death and resurrection, showing that believers are truly “dead to sin” and called to “walk in newness of life.” Drawing from passages in Romans, Galatians, Colossians, and 2 Corinthians, we see that salvation is by grace through faith alone, yet it always leads to a transformed life, ongoing sanctification, and real hope for victory over besetting sins.
