Romans 8: Look to Jesus, Not Yourself

When accusation, guilt, and condemnation come, Paul directs us away from ourselves and toward Christ. God is the one who justifies, Jesus is the one who died and rose again, and even now He intercedes for His people. Rather than measuring our faith by our failures or accomplishments, we are called to look to Jesus, consider what He has done, and rest our assurance in His finished and ongoing work.
