Romans 8: Conformed to the Image of Christ

Romans 8 gives believers confidence that God’s saving work does not stop at conversion. Those whom God foreknew are predestined to be conformed to the image of Christ. This transformation begins now through the Holy Spirit as believers fight sin, pursue holiness, repent, and grow, and it will be completed in glory. Our assurance rests not in our ability to hold onto God, but in His faithful work to hold, change, and ultimately glorify His people.
